Restaurant "Le Palme"
Apulian cuisine using creative products of our farmhouse and fish from Savelletri a nearby fishers town, a magnificent restaurant located in the old stables with vaulted ceilings, large fireplace, view on the pool and a terrace under a pergola full of bouganvillae and jasmine right above the beautiful secular Orange Garden.
These are the ingredients of our restaurant Le Palme managed by a team composed of the outstanding young chef Vito Giannuzzi winner of national championships 2009 in Mediterranean cuisine, along with sous chef Tommaso Netti, the maitre Nicola Capobianco and sommelier of the house Paolo Scarafile.
